Guidelines for Paper Submission
Authors are encouraged to submit full papers describing original, previously unpublished, complete research, not currently under review by another conference or journal, addressing one of the topics/area interests. The full paper should be including concise title, author’s names, affiliations, e-mail address, figures/tables, acknowledgements and references. The abstract should be consisting of a brief introduction, rationale, approach/methodology, results/expected findings of the work undertaken and a list of key references or by following the template. Use the following guideline to guide you through the paper preparation. Papers should be in English.
Accepted papers have to be presented (POSTER or ORAL) by at least one of the authors is included in the regular registration fee.
Guidelines for Oral Presentation
The time allocation for oral presentation is 15 minutes and the discussion is 5 minutes.
Guidelines for Poster
Your poster should not exceed the size of a standard A0 (84.1cm x 118.9cm) in portrait layout. The poster should be visible and readable.
All participants who wish to have either oral or poster presentation is required to submit the abstract with the following format : abstract template
